OOAK Pilar Necklace in 14k Gold
This one-of-a-kind necklace is currently available only at Facets of Earth in Kingston, NY. Please give them a call to see if it’s still available, or email sara@saragolden.com and we can get that process started for you.
A streak of white runs through the middle of this unique Mexican fire opal, dotted with rainbow flecks. Surrounding the opal is the stone that it formed in, buffed smooth and minimally carved in order to accent its unique characteristics and its natural origins. The stone sits nestled in a 14k gold setting and hangs freely along a smooth cable chain.

Opal Care
Opals are especially soft and delicate, requiring a bit of extra care. We highly recommend removing your opal jewelry, especially rings, before exercising or playing sports. They tend to absorb liquids, so be sure to take them off before showering or swimming, and before applying perfumes or moisturizers. Opals also don’t like sudden, dramatic temperature changes, either, so avoid wearing them on ski weekends or into saunas.
